We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in our partnered school, supporting children with severe and profound disabilities in the Fishponds area. You'll play a vital role in helping students thrive during their foundation years and beyond.

We're looking for individuals who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help you succeed.

About the Students

Our pupils have a range of needs, including:

Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)Complex NeedsThe school operates across five specialist sites: Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and a Behavioural setting.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable)Is confident working with challenging behaviourCan provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needsDemonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skillsIs proactive, adaptable, and enthusiasticIs committed to inclusion and continuous learning
