Adapt learning materials under teacher direction to suit individual needs

Supervise pupils during breaks, lunch, or school activities when required

You Will Need

A genuine passion for working with children or young people

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

The ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when needed

A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude to supporting learning

An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

Who This Role Would Suit

Aspiring teachers or educational psychologists seeking hands–on experience
