About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support in the classroom. You will assist with inclusive learning, help students overcome barriers to learning, and promote a positive, engaging environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with their individual learning needs

Assisting with classroom activities and interventions

Promoting positive behaviour and social development

Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver support strategies

Encouraging student independence and confidence

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support student development

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
