About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support in the classroom. You will assist with inclusive learning, help students overcome barriers to learning, and promote a positive, engaging environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with their individual learning needsAssisting with classroom activities and interventionsPromoting positive behaviour and social developmentWorking closely with teachers to plan and deliver support strategiesEncouraging student independence and confidence Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essentialEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support student developmentGood communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityEnhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one) What We Offer:
