Learning Support Assistant

Description

We are working with several inclusive and supportive primary schools in the London Borough of Camden, who are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams from September.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with special educational needs (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language delays

Provide 1:1 and small group support across a range of year groups

Assist with personal care when required

Help deliver engaging lessons and interventions

Support the class teacher in managing behaviour and implementing learning strategies

Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEND pupils

Confident supporting with personal care

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
