These schools pride themselves on inclusive, nurturing environments and are well connected with excellent transport links and on-site parking. As an LSA, you'll provide essential one-to-one and small group support, empowering pupils to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, supportive relationships with students, adapting your approach to suit their individual needs.
Work closely with teachers and external professionals to put personalised education plans into practice.
Prepare and adapt learning resources to create an inclusive, engaging classroom experience.Position Details:

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Swindon
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
