About the role Are you looking to start your career in Education? Do you have a passion for supporting others? Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full time Individual Needs Assistant in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Your role as a Individual Needs Assistant is to work with a pupil in KS1 who is in need of additional support on a 1:1 and classroom basis, to give them the best possible education whilst being surrounded by thier peers!
