Secondary School Inclusion Support Workers - Greenwich Start Date: ASAP start Location: Greenwich Contract: Temporary to PermanentPay: GBP100 - GBP120 per dayHours: Between 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? Do you have experience working with trauma-informed approaches or alternative communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, or Phonics?

We are working with several inclusive and supportive primary schools across Leeds seeking Inclusion Support Workers to join their teams starting ASAP. These rewarding roles involve working closely with children who may have experienced trauma, have communication needs, or require emotional and behavioural support.

The Role:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small group interventionsWorking across Secondary, KS3 and KS4 depending on experienceSupporting children with non-verbal communication needsUsing tools such as PECS, Makaton, and early Phonics strategiesPromoting social and emotional development through trauma-informed practice About You:

Experience supporting children in a primary school or SEND settingKnowledge of trauma-informed approaches is highly desirableConfident using alternative communication tools (PECS, Makaton)Patient, nurturing and proactive approachWilling to adapt and support a range of pupils with different needs Why Join Us?
