£16.00 – 18.00 per hour

1 Month Temporary Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Human Resources Administrator with strong knowledge of GDPR regulations. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly organised HR Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow their career and is eager to learn new skills.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for GDPR-related requests.

Process Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with GDPR requirements.

Support the management of personal information and ensure ongoing compliance with data protection regulations.

Work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Manage and track data subject rights requests, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability requests.

Assist in managing data breach reporting processes, investigations, and corrective actions where required.

Maintain records of consent, privacy notices, and data-sharing agreements with third parties.

Provide administrative support for GDPR training, awareness initiatives, and regulatory reporting requirements.

What You'll Need:

Degree educated (desirable).

Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator or within an HR administration role.

Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
