A well-regarded secondary school in Brixton is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join its supportive team this September.

About the Role:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong background in supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The successful applicants will play a key role in enhancing student progress and ensuring all learners can access the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and pastoral support to students with EHCPs

*

Deliver structured interventions and assist in differentiated lesson planning

*

Collaborate with teaching staff to support inclusive classroom practice

*

Help monitor and report on student progress

What We’re Looking For:

Previous HLTA experience, ideally in a secondary school

Strong understanding of EHCPs and SEND provision

HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience

A positive, committed, and student-centred approach
