Description

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an HLTA ready to play a key role in supporting EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 learners. You will work closely with class teachers, stepping in to deliver lessons, manage small groups, and provide targeted support to ensure every child achieves their potential.

As an HLTA, you’ll be more than a classroom assistant—you’ll be a valued member of the teaching team, contributing ideas, leading activities, and helping to shape the daily learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning.

• Collaborate with teachers to plan engaging activities.

• Provide feedback on pupil progress.

• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Why Join Teach Now?

• Competitive daily pay of £100–£120.

• Flexibility and variety across primary settings in Camden.

• Ongoing support and professional development opportunities.

• Work in welcoming schools that value collaboration and innovation.

• A role that offers both challenge and career growth in education.

If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up or an established HLTA seeking a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
