Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.

Support pupil's learning and development, including those with special educational needs, by adapting resources and providing tailored assistance.

Assess and report on pupil's progress, providing feedback to teachers to inform planning and support.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Lead and support extracurricular or enrichment activities, contributing to pupil's wider educational experience.

Essential Requirements:

Teaching Assistant QualificationExperience working with children with a range of SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH).Strong communication and teamwork skills.Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible attitude.
