The school is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from October 2025. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including leading whole-class sessions, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting pupils with additional needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering learning activities under the direction of teaching staff

Leading small group and whole-class sessions

Supporting pupils with varying needs, including SEN

Assisting with assessment and progress tracking

Collaborating with teachers and support staff to raise attainmentWhat you'll need to succeed

HLTA status or equivalent qualification

Proven experience working in a primary school setting

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning

A current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain oneWhat you'll get in return
