About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classes. You’ll lead learning activities, provide targeted interventions, and step in for teacher absence when needed. Working alongside a committed team of educators, you’ll help shape an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and interventions across EYFS – KS2

• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff

• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

• Foster a positive, stimulating classroom atmosphere

Ideal Candidate

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Confident delivering whole-class teaching

• A warm, adaptable, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passion for helping children reach their full potential
