Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

As part of the classroom team, you'll help deliver tailored support to children with SEN, helping them overcome barriers to learning in a positive, structured environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups

Assisting teachers with planning and classroom activities

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion

Helping create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning space

The right to work in the UK
