About the role – Graduate Teaching Assistant
You will work alongside experienced teachers, supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities. This may involve working with small groups or one-to-one, helping pupils to overcome barriers to learning, and inspiring them to reach their full potential. For graduates considering teacher training, this role provides invaluable insight and preparation.
Key responsibilities – Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Support teaching staff in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide targeted support to students who require additional help.
* Assist with classroom management and organisation.
* Contribute to the monitoring and assessment of student progress.
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
We are looking for someone who – Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Holds a degree in any subject (minimum 2:1).
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient.
* Has a genuine interest in supporting young people’s education and wellbeing.
* (Desirable) Has experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
