We are seeking four enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving specialised training to support your professional development.

The Role:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects

*

Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning progress

*

Assist with classroom management and resource preparation

*

Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs

*

Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

*

A UK-awarded degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, English, Maths, Science or Education) OR proven UK classroom experience for non-graduates

*

A genuine interest in education and child development

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Reliability, patience, and a proactive approach

*

Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, during term-time
