Job Type: Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Pay: £90-£105 per day

A supportive secondary school in Haringey is recruiting a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated inclusion team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking a pathway into SEN teaching, educational psychology, or therapy.

What You'll Do:

* Provide 1:1 support for students with EHCPs, including autism, ADHD and SEMH needs

* Help teachers adapt lessons to ensure all students can access the curriculum

* Run small intervention groups to build confidence and skills in core subjects

* Monitor and record student progress, contributing to review meetings

* Support students' social and emotional development in line with school values

Requirements:

* A recent graduate passionate about supporting young people with SEN

* Patient, empathetic, and flexible in approach

* Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers and SENCOs

* Some experience in SEN support (formal or informal) is desirable
