We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic graduate who has a degree and previous experience supporting children. We are looking for a graduate who can build rapport quickly, and motivate students using their degree knowledge.

This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to the overall development of children in the classroom.

Requirements;

* Must have a university degree 2:2 or above from within the last 3 years

* Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential

* Clear desire to work with young people and potentially become a teacher in the future

* Must be able to provide a minimum of two references within the past two years

* Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
