We are recruiting for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a large Ofsted rated 'Good' 11-18 Secondary School in the North Tyneside area, to work on a full-time, long-term basis, from October half-term 2025 onwards!

Your role & responsibilities:

â— Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to ensure they are succeeding both academically and pastorally, responding to their individual needs

â— Working alongside class teachers and other school staff, providing essential additional support

â— Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, improving the whole school learning journey

â— Delivering catch-up and intervention sessions

Non-negotiables:

â— Recent university degree of 2:2 classification or above

â— Good Numeracy and Literacy skills

â— Clear desire to work with children and young people

â— Previous experience working with children and young people would be beneficial, but not essential

â— Willingness to undertake relevant CPD training as required by Milk Education and your placement school
