Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a high–achieving secondary school in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a forward–thinking and supportive educational environment. The role is expected to run for one term, starting in January 2026, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive Geography lessons across Key StagesTeach Geography up to GCSE level, ensuring curriculum coverage and progressionPlan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standardsMaintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through strong classroom management skillsMonitor student progress and provide constructive feedbackContribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious Humanities departmentPromote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environmentIdeal Candidate
