Job Title: Fully Qualified Secondary Teachers – Join Aspire People!

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: 140 – 225 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full–time, Part–time, and Day–to–Day Supply

Contract Length: Day–to–Day Supply, Short Term Cover, Long Term Cover, and Permanent

Start Date: September 2025

About the Role:

At Aspire People, we work with a wide network of secondary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas. You'll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you–be it long–term roles, short–term supply, or day–to–day cover, or permanent roles.

Subjects in high demand include:

English

Mathematics

Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

Humanities (History, Geography, RE)

PE

MFL (French, Spanish, German)

DT and ICT

All subjects will be welcomed!

What We're Looking For:

UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (minimum 6 months)

Strong behaviour management skills

A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach

Up–to–date knowledge of the secondary curriculum
