Job Title: EYFS HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - ECTs Welcome

Location: Primary School - M12 Area, Manchester

Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (1 Year)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate about Early Years education and looking to make a real impact in the classroom? A friendly and supportive primary school in the M12 area of Manchester is seeking a full-time EYFS HLTA** to join their team as soon as possible on a 1-year contract.

Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with strong EYFS experience are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

* Full-time role supporting teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Working alongside the class teacher to deliver a rich, engaging curriculum

* Leading small group interventions and whole-class sessions as needed

* Supporting pupils with varying needs to ensure excellent outcomes

* Involvement in planning and assessment where appropriate

Who We're Looking For:

* HLTA qualified or strong classroom experience in EYFS

* Confident ECTs with EYFS knowledge are welcome to apply

* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework

* A proactive, positive approach to supporting young learners

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
