What You ll Be Doing Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 with freedom to be creative

Planning lessons that stretch thinking and make learning memorable

Encouraging debate, analysis, reflection and the occasional well–placed metaphor

Working in a school that values routines, clarity, and care and actually sticks to them

Taking part in a rich wider life: school productions, reading groups, writing competitions

What You ll Need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong subject knowledge and love for the written word

Experience teaching Key stage 3 and Key stage 4 English Classroom confidence and presence students know when you mean business
