A leading further and higher education provider in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join its established academic team. The institution delivers inclusive, career–focused learning from Entry Level through to Higher Education, working closely with industry partners to align curriculum with evolving skills demands.

This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high–quality teaching, curriculum development, student supervision, and research within electrical and electronic engineering. Overview

Deliver high–quality lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in electrical and electronic engineering, supporting student learning at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Develop and maintain teaching materials, assessments, and course content aligned with academic standards and industry needs. Contribute to curriculum design and updates to reflect emerging technologies and employer expectations. Engage in individual and collaborative research, publish academic work, and build partnerships with industry. Provide timely and constructive feedback, support student development, and participate in academic planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
