The Role:

Working within the Early Years (Nursery/Reception) team to support teaching and learning.

Assisting with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support.

Helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young learners.

Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development.

Collaborating with teachers and staff to deliver a high standard of education and care.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recent experience in an Early Years setting (Nursery/Reception).

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

A positive, proactive, and patient approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
