Tamworth

Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 12:30pm

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school in the Tamworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and looking for a part-time, ongoing role.

This friendly and nurturing primary school is known for its strong community ethos and commitment to providing a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils. The Early Years team works collaboratively to give children the best possible start to their education, fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be working across the classroom, supporting the class teacher and helping to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities. You’ll play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting individual learning needs, and ensuring that children feel happy, secure, and valued.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience working in an Early Years setting is essential

*

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is highly desirable but not essential

*

A genuine passion for early childhood development

*

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

*

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
