Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant

Clockwork Education are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant for a lovely school in County Durham. This role is part time and will require you to work half days, 5 days a week.

Role 1: AM's : 08:30 – 12:00

Role 2: PM's : 12:00 – 15:30

Responsibilities

Working one–to–one to support a child within Nursery / Reception Supporting the children through all lessons and encouraging them to stay on task Ability to use own initiative and to change lesson plan when needed Good behaviour management Requirements

Relevant level 2 qualification within EYFS The ability to provide 2 x educational based references (preferably) Enhanced DBS disclosure A keen interest in working with and supporting children with SEND Benefits
