About the Role

A welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. The school prides itself on providing a nurturing, creative, and engaging environment where young learners can thrive.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children in Nursery and Reception, working closely with teachers to deliver exciting activities that encourage learning and development. This is a rewarding role for an Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about helping children build strong foundations for their future education.

Key Responsibilities

Support learning through play and structured activities in the EYFS setting.

Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom.

Work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and track progress.

Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in a school or nursery.

Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) is desirable.
