Early Years Educator – Level 2 or 3 (Full–Time, Permanent) – Headingley

Salary: Up to 12.50 per hour

Shift pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our vibrant, supportive team at our busy and welcoming private day nursery in Headingley. This is a permanent, full–time position, working across a 4 or 5–day shift pattern – offering the flexibility to suit your lifestyle while giving you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic early years environment.

What we're looking for:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

A warm, caring, and bubbly personality who brings energy and joy into the nursery every day

Confidence to thrive in a fast–paced, busy nursery setting

A team player with strong communication skills

A genuine passion for early childhood development and supporting children to reach their full potential

Your role will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, age–appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional well–being

Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

Keeping accurate observations and learning journals
