We are delighted to be recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Islington. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled early years professional to play a key role in supporting young children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning

Plan and support activities that meet each child's individual needs and interests

Carry out regular observations and assessments to track progress and inform next steps

Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children's development

Assist with the smooth running of the daily nursery routine, ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are always met

Model positive behaviour and social skills, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 childcare/early years qualification (or equivalent) - essential

Proven experience working with young children and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

A passionate, caring, and enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing the best start for every child

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude

Able to commit to full-time hours and reliably commute to Islington

Available to start immediately
