September StartA welcoming and well-established nursery in the Lambeth (SW4) area is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team on a full-time, term-time only basis from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year.
The RoleAs an Early Years Educator, you will work with children aged 2 to 4 years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and play-based learning in collaboration with teachers and Early Years professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children (up to 10)
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Completing observations and learning records using online platforms
Supporting children with additional needs
Building strong relationships with parents and providing regular updates on progress
Candidate Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (meeting EYFS requirements)
Demonstrated experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
A collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding practices
This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional seeking a long-term, term-time only role in a nurturing and inclusive nursery setting.
