Job Overview:
As a Design and Technology (DT) Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the DT department by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient workshop environment. The ideal DT Technician will have practical knowledge of workshop tools and machinery, along with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain materials and equipment for DT lessons.Assist the DT department in setting up practical sessions.Ensure the DT workshop is clean, safe, and well–organised.Maintain and service DT machinery and tools.Support health and safety compliance within the DT department.Collaborate with teachers and pupils to facilitate practical learning.Requirements:
