Cover Support required in Community based Secondary School

Pay: £100–£130 per day (flexible depending on duties)

Start Date: As soon as possible

TeacherActive are seeking a reliable, experienced Cover Support to join a thriving secondary school on a long-term basis until February.

This role would be ideal for someone who has previously taught or done cover work but is now looking for a more flexible classroom-based position with variety across the school.

In this role you will:

Provide cover for whole classes across a wide range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, Arts and ICT

Support students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

Use strong classroom management skills to maintain behaviour and ensure continuity of learning

Work flexibly across the school

Previous classroom experience, ideally with experience teaching or covering classes

Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different subject areas
