Smile Education are looking for Cover Supervisors to support a secondary school in Shepshed/Loughborough in the new academic year. This is ideal of graduates or those currently studying at university.

This is the perfect opportunity if you:

- Have experience working with children or young adults

- Are considering a career in teaching

Your role will include:

- Supervising classes in the absence of teachers

- Ensuring students stay engaged and on task

- Managing classroom behaviour positively

Requirements:

- Strong communication and behaviour management skills

- A degree or a current university student is ideal but A Level quals considered

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
