Are you a passionate and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking to make a meaningful impact? Do you thrive on variety and enjoy supporting young learners across different settings?

Affinity Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work across a range of schools within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately and work flexibly throughout the academic year with potential for long–term placement or contract progression.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, youth work, coaching, or similar)Strong classroom management and communication skillsConfidence in delivering pre–set lesson plans and supervising studentsA positive, proactive attitude and willingness to adaptEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on taskDelivering pre–prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groupsManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesSupporting students with their learning and encouraging engagementReporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activityBuilding rapport with students and staff across different school settingsThis is an ideal opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or those with experience in youth work, coaching, or mentoring.Benefits of Working with Affinity Workforce:
