Description

Inspire Learning, Shape Futures

Are you a confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate young people? We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Hillingdon, where every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference.

Our school is proud of its close-knit, supportive environment, where students feel safe, valued, and known as individuals. With smaller class sizes and exceptional pastoral care, we provide a nurturing space that enables both pupils and staff to thrive.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Manage classroom learning across Key Stages 3–5, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff.

• Provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them achieve their full potential.

• Be a positive role model, encouraging good behaviour and building strong relationships with students.

• This is a 3-day-per-week role, perfect for candidates seeking greater work-life balance while still advancing their career in education.

Why Join Us?

• Competitive daily rate of £100–£130.

• Flexible, part-time schedule that fits around your life.

• Opportunity to develop classroom management skills, ideal for aspiring teachers.

• A school culture where your voice matters and professional growth is encouraged.

• Be part of a team driven by a shared commitment to student success.

If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role where learning is more than an experience—it’s an exciting journey, we’d love to hear from you.
