Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a cover supervisor. Job Description:

As a cover supervisor, you will be placed in a pre-prepared lesson set by the absent teacher, working across a variety of different secondary school subjects. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment, whilst adhering to the rigorous safeguarding standards required by both the school and Smile Education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience and build a strong foundation for a future career in education.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead and manage a classroom effectively.

Ability to address behavioural issues calmly and professionally, maintaining a positive learning environment.

A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere for students.
