The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the set work. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in a school environment.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students complete the work set.Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.Provide support and assistance to students as needed.Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive environment.Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members. Requirements:

Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.Adaptability and the ability to think on your feet.A positive and proactive attitude. Desirable:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.Knowledge of the national curriculum and school procedures.
