About the Role:

Deliver pre–planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacherManage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on taskSupport pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school dayAssist with general duties within the school when not covering lessonsWork closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to maintain a positive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a school or education setting)Strong classroom management and communication skillsA proactive, resilient, and adaptable approachA genuine interest in education and supporting students' progressGraduate or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essentialWhat We Offer:
