Location: South Yorkshire

Pay: GBP100 – GBP110 per day

Are you passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom? PK Education is currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the South Yorkshire area.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting schools by supervising classes during the short–term absence of teaching staff. Your main responsibility will be to ensure students remain on task with their pre–set work, maintaining a positive and focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre–planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Ensure pupils stay engaged and complete the work set

Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress or issues

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a school environment (essential)

Strong classroom management skills

Confident, reliable, and adaptable

A genuine interest in supporting young people in their learning
