About the role We are looking for confident, classroom–ready Cover Supervisors who can step into a variety of secondary school settings and maintain excellent behaviour management while delivering pre–set lesson plans. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.Deliver pre–prepared lesson materials and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively.Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and progress. Requirements To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:

Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).Eligibility to work in the UK.A passion for education and a flexible, proactive attitude. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
