Location: Secondary Schools in Lichfield and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: GBP90 GBP120 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting skilled and dependable Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools on a flexible, short–term, and long–term basis.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Manage classrooms during teacher absencesDeliver pre–set work and ensure lesson objectives are metMaintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environmentRecord attendance and report any concerns What We re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational settingStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsConfidence in leading a class independentlyA working knowledge of the UK National CurriculumA flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjectsAvailability during standard school hours (8:30 AM 3:30 PM) What We Offer
