Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s policies.

Support individual or small groups of students to ensure progress.

Use ICT effectively to enhance learning.

Cover tutor periods, assemblies, and participate in educational visits.

Assist with administrative and organisational tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

A flexible, positive, and team-focused approach.

The ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.

Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred).

Level 3 qualifications or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Benefits:

Competitive salary on LBR Scale 5 (pro-rata for term-time).

Opportunities for professional development.

Access to staff wellbeing initiatives, including a healthcare plan.

Supportive and collaborative working environment.

Contract Details:

Hours: 36 hours per week, 44.8 weeks per year (term time only)

Salary: £31,524 – £32,931 FTE (pro-rata £27,086 – £28,295)

Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner by negotiation)
