The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 pupils in the absence of their usual teacher.

• Ensure students remain engaged, on-task, and working towards lesson objectives.

• Maintain a positive classroom environment and uphold school behaviour policies.

• Offer additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs when required.

This role is ideal for those with teaching experience, recent graduates considering a career in education, or experienced teaching assistants looking to take on more responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.

• Experience working with secondary-age students (preferred).
