Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Truro and the surrounding towns. We are seeking Cover Supervisors with experience working with young people, strong classroom management abilities, and the confidence to lead a class effectively. In this role, you will oversee lessons in the teacher's absence, delivering pre-prepared materials and maintaining a focused and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work

Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
