Whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in education, or someone with experience in support or care roles, this could be the perfect next step.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to help keep things running smoothly in the teacher's absence. Your role may involve:
Supervising pre–planned lessons and keeping students focusedEncouraging participation and supporting classroom activitiesHelping with classroom organisation and managing behaviourOffering additional support to students who need itContributing to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) or a Certificate of EducationHave a genuine interest in working with young peopleFeel comfortable leading a class and keeping things on trackCommunicate clearly and can build positive relationships with pupils and staffEither already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or are happy to apply for one through usHave experience working with children or in schools (a bonus, not a must)What You'll Get in Return:
