Simply Education is proud to be working with a well-established nursery located on the outskirts of Boston, currently seeking a committed and experienced Childcare Practitioner for a permanent full-time role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing, Level 3 qualified practitioner to join a supportive and welcoming team, dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for young children to thrive.

Key Details:

Position: Childcare Practitioner (Permanent)

Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire

Hours: Full-time, on a rotating shift pattern between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Start Date: ASAP

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

A warm, reliable, and professional attitude

The ability to work flexibly across shift patterns

A passion for creating engaging, child-centred learning experiences
