About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

Maintain classroom order, ensure engagement, and support students in their learning.

Provide feedback on student behaviour and lesson outcomes to teaching staff.

Promote a positive learning environment and always follow school policies.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:

A confident and proactive individual who can manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and a can-do attitude.

Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial, but not essential.

Ideal for:
