Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are currently seeking proactive and reliable Cover Supervisors to support schools in Hoyland (S74). As a CS, this is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals who want to manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.

Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans during teacher absences.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain focused on tasks.

Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student behaviour and lesson progress.

Support the smooth running of lessons and school routines.

Requirements for Cover Supervisor:

Previous experience working with young people or in schools is desirable.

Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a classroom environment.

A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps in the last 10 years.
